This question is for women who are not caucasian and read glamour/cosmo, etc.?
Do you think that these magazines represent you well. By that I mean that when you read those mags, do you get the info you need for ex. makeup, fashion, etc? This question is for a paper I'm writing for school, so please help :)
Answers: no really i dont have white girl hair they put so easy "grab a curly iron and ur done " what kind of bullshit is that not everybody can afford jimmy choo.................... no help there the makeup is just the worst bit and the clothes who fits into those sizes what with our ample bits and pieces..... :) I dont agree with your statement. Why people think that because you belong to a minority you have to read magazines, books, listen to music or watch tv shows that "represent" your race?
For example, if you are black Are you supposed to read Vibe or listen to gansta Rap?
As human beings We have the inherent right to choose the things we want to identify aand relate to regardless our background. im dominican and haitain and i beleive they represent me thar represent all girls well know that u mention about make up......there 1 thinhg that bothers me the fact that they give examples of either white girls or black girls what happens to us spanish girls who not either who are in between colors
