I have recieved two bills and one magazine, with my name on them!, from cosmogirl...?
i didn't subscribe and i don't want to pay for it...how do i make it stop??
Answers: go to cosmogirl.com and at the top left there's a link that says CUSTOMER SERVICE (it's under the picture of a tiny magazine) click that
and then click OTHER QUESTIONS and then finally click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. it'll have you provide why you're canceling your subscription and that's where you can say you never subscribed to their magazine.

I had a problem with them too, but they eventually cleared it up. Keep any emails they send you! first call them and tell them u didnt suscribe, then if it doesnt work, call back and cancel Send back the bills with "NEVER SUBSCRIBED- never ordered dont want REFUSE to Pay " printed on it -n the little postage paid envelope they provide. Believe me, they will stop sending it if you arent paying for it. just keep what you have already recieved, this is a magazine "pfhishing" scam maybe. dont pay. calling may not help, so do both. I suggest what you should do is go to the Cosmo office and bring the bills with you.They'll sort it out.Don't call,a busy office like that wouldn't entertain calls or don't take calls seriously,especially emails.Hope this helps! ignore it. all magazines do this. those aren't bills.
