first of all, can you write for USA or Canadian or any other magazines if you don't live in that country and are not its citizen. plus, can that be your full time job. thanx a lot.
ps) how do you go about it if you have no prior experience (how do you break the ice)
Answers: You can write for any magazine, anywhere. It just depends what kind sof things they want to publish. Every magazine is looking for certain things.
It helps to have "street cred", meaning, what is your education and experience on the subject? Reader's Digest will take an article from anyone as long as it's well-written. Other publications want to see that you really are an expert.
