I've always wanted to make my own magazine but does anyone know of a free site where i could make it and send it out by email? Or just designthe magazine. I don't have publisher on my computer so thats why i haven't used that. Thankful of any answers

Just go to google and type the name of the mag you want, they'll more than likely have thier own site just make a website and put up magazine email 10 dollars a month then put a box and say type your email and address and i will send you the bill or something like that.
