How can someone with a high school diploma and 4 years of little jobs get someon!
Question: Hi, I am 21 and I have a highschool diploma and 4 years experience from retail to fast food is it possible to find a decent job that at least pays better than this, I only blame myself because I know that a degree is the answer to a better paying job and I am working on attending school when I am ready for it but is there a way without going to college and raising a family in the future if someone can give me some really good advice I would highly appreciate it because passing on knowledge is one of the greatest thing a person can do for someone thank you very much for your time.

It's possible, but not likely. Try to get a job with UPS; they pay good. If you are a good salesman, you can make good selling life insurance; some people make $100,000 a year doing that (but many more make less than $20,000), and some companies will hire you without college.
