Yeah, I noticed. I was talking to a couple of my friends about it, and I was surprised that they didn't see that.

"The Hills" is get a lot of publicity lately, especially in the tabloids, and such, and since both of magazines are competitors in the same (teen) market, and owned by the same company, I think that it was planned.

Seventeen is a bigger seller than Cosmogirl, so they got the bigger star, and will definitely sell more than Heidi's cover.
