When you call to cancel - ask the magazine customer service for a copy of the original document used to subscribe. Let them know that you are being harassed by someone and that you are going to the police to press charges.
They will send you the copy of the document - most likely it is an insert card that is hand written, so you will be able to tell by the handwriting if you know the person...
If it is not an insert card, it is probably an online/internet order - in this case you would ask them to give you the ISP number which the police can use to track down who is doing this to you.
I highly suggest that you press charges with the police department.
