In its 50th anniversay issue, PLAYBOY said 44.5% of its Playmates had brown hair and 2.8% had black hair. Many of the apparent blondes were born with brown hair too. There have been nearly 660 centerfold pix in PLAYBOY's nearly 55 years of publication. I have not heard of anyone making such a list as you want. You could see if you can get a copy of the 50th anniverary issue and look in it. It has small copies of all of the centerfolds up to the, i.e. January 2004. Check the 'playboycatalog' website and 'magazinesformen' too.
