I am not too sure about Seventeen, but I have won prizes from Fox and Herbal Essences. I got the prizes without even knowing I won -- they just sent them to me. The reason why I didn't know is because they sent me an e-mail and it went straight to my spam box. You should check your spam box as well.
You can always risk it and just hope they just send you the prize (like how they just sent me my prizes without my know), but since you already know about it, you should e-mail anyway.
