you mean tobacco is whacko type? don't know. I remember seeing one or 2 of those in my old either Mad magazines or my old J-14 ones. Not sure. would you like me to check? or you can look up for "tobacco is whacko" ads on yahoo images, perhaps.

the type of ads like this that you are more likely to see are from the Ad Council - but none are for drugs, unless you are considering alcohol a drug (anti drunk driving).
