check archives websites, they can sometimes tell you. look on ebay, and look at the selling price of similar magizines.

Single copies, very little. A complete run of a whole year or more, maybe. Shipping cost kills it for many would-be bidders.

not really...unless you get a huge amount that you cant refused...if i were you i wouldnt sell it on ebay...but thats my opinion
