they would fall apart, why dont you go to work/school in your pyjamas for a day or two, that would raise so much money! get others to do it aswell! people would do it because its different! have fun with whatever you do!

i think that you should try to raise money for them and then purchase christmas gifts for them and give them a nice hot meal. That would mean alot to them.

You can bake brownies and cookies (recipes can be found online) and sell them and donate the money earned all to charity :) My class did that last week and we had loads of fun and raised money for disabled kids :)
