Um I could be wrong but ummm December?
It wil be this moneday usually. That when I get my december issue of "hot rods and hot brods"
monthly issues come out the previous month, usually 2nd or 3rd week, but your local newsstand may exercise a bit of control over when to put out the new issues
i wonder why those people who answered "december" thought they were right.
