Who is the owner of a magazine? The editor or the publisher?!

Ownership isn't necessarily part of being an editor or a publisher. Editors determine content according to the publication's mission. A publisher handles the business end of things. Either could be part of the publication's ownership, or not.

Whoever owns the company owns it...usually that's the publisher.

Could be the publisher but the ownership and publication could be separate and the owner might just be the owner
