My cousin-in-law is a marine and was stationed in Iraq a few months ago. My wife and I sent him a care package and it included a few Playboy's. He received the package just fine and there weren't any problems. I wouldn't anticipate you having any problems, either.
unless its against the rules of the navy i dont see why not.
