Answers: It was a british magazine and was in the news about two months ago

According to the site below, it was published in 'FMH' in April 2007, but the publicity about it appeared in September. This is from the site: 'The Press Complaints Commission (PCC) has weighed in again on user-generated material, slamming lad's mag FHM for publishing, without consent, a topless photo of a 14-year-old girl taken on a mobile phone. The picture appeared in the April 2007, edition of the magazine as part of a gallery of snapshots sent in by readers. The photo had been taken in 2005, when the girl was underage, ........... The magazine had been informed that the complainants' daughter was in a cohabiting relationship with the person who submitted the photograph.....'

The Spectator?

I don't know about recently. Penthouse got in trouble a while back. A porn star by the name of "Tracy Lords" did a photo shoot for them. Turns out she was days short of her 18th birthday. When that came to light, people realized that she must have been like 14 when she started making porn, so overnight, all of her movies became illegal child porn. Penthouse got off with a slap on the wrists - they honestly assumed that if she had been making porno movies for that long that she was of age (they did, however, have to pull off of that month's issues off the shelves). Companies that had made movie of her when she was 14, 15, etc. got the book thrown at them (as they should have).
