Most places require you to be at least 16 years old for employment. However, you can probably get a paper route, mow lawns, or babysit. I mowed lawns when I was 16 and I made a lot of money around the neighborhood. For the cold monthes you could also try shoveling snow.
grocery stores seem to thrive on high school kids, like 10 of my friends work in a grocery store...
