How do I set up my own magazine?!

Question: I really want to make my own magazine. I know what it will contain. It will contain info about the latest fashion trends, and cosmetics.

Basicly it will be like Mode Magazine from Ugly Betty, but different, obviously.

Any advice or tips?

Do your research on what it takes to have your own magazine. Is this for a hobby or the real thing? You'll need money to start of course (investors). Put an ad out for writers, photographers etc. To help build your magazine.
