Which magazine for a 20 year old man?!

Question: He's a tasteful young man, don't want any half-naked girls. He works with computers, so I am thinking...

1. PC World
2. there's another PC magazine

But who wants work during freetime? So..

3. Men's Health
4. GQ
5. Popular Science (he's way smart and into this stuff)

advice?

Of the ones you mentioned, I would go with Men's Health or Popular Science. Other good choices would be Maxim, Popular Mechanics, Wired, Playboy.

A few notes: Maxim is pretty much a brainless throw away magazine. The level of humor is aimed at bone head jocks. But it's good light humor.

Sure Playboy features pictures of naked women, but it is not a sex magazine. It always has great interviews with major celebrities. It's got serious articles about everything from cars to sports to politics. Plus it has a great advice/questions column. And while it does feature naked women, the magazine is more about celebrating a woman's beauty than being sexually exploitive.

Aw man, I was about to suggest PlayBoy. ThinkGeek is great.

no play boy awww

jk lol
pc worlds good i guess

men's health is very good, it covers all the aspects, important to men, exercise, diet, etc

If he works with computers, he'll appreciate PC magazines. Folks who work with computers learn a lot from those magazines. Ask him if he already has a subscription. If not, it would be a good gift.

I'd say Men's Health, although, I just picked up my first copy of Popular Science the other day and I think I'm hooked!

PC world is a great magazine. They've got a lot of good articles and reviews on technology and up and coming products. If you don't want to get him a PC magazine, then go with Men's health, it's far more informative than GQ which is nothing more than a book of advertisements.

I think PC World and Popular Science are both good choices. Do you have any way of checking as to whether he already subscribes to either one? That could be a deciding factor.

why not half naked women...poor guy is looking at a computer screen all day give him want he needs.... maxim

text book it will be good for you .

PopSci - I've had a subscription for over 10 years and look forward to it every month.

PC magazines.
Men's Health.
