its not an icon. its sumthin that u try to get people's attention with. like maybe a little headline or caption. *hop i helped*

you can usually find that on word doc. but if you are doing the magazine on err like photoshop. you can always transfer it over the photoshop... or just find brushes that are similar... there are tons of brushes to choose from. you just gotta find the right ones..
