How do I let the magazine I'm a subscriber to know and understand that if I !

Question: of every issue is because I collect the magazine. The first issue I get is usually damaged so I read it and recycle it. I keep, store and collect the "replacement" issue because this one is the one that arrives to me in perfect condition. Am I asking for too much? Also, I do this because I collect the subscriber issues. They always print two covers. I like the ones I get as a subscriber.

Yes - excessively ordering replacement issues is a problem and you are asking way too much. You are getting what you pay for - 1 subscription - not 2. If you want 2 copies then you should pay for 2.

If you are getting a damaged issue - you should talk to Customer Service. This is usually a Post Office problem and most likely your copy is on the top of the bundle and is getting damaged by the straps holding it together. They can change this.

Sorry to be harsh, but sending out extra copies is HUGE expense because first class postage on a magazine is several dollars compared to way less than a dollar in periodical mail. And magazines do not print enough so that every subscriber can get 2 copies when they only pay for 1.

I hope you resolve your problem fairly and are satisfied with the outcome.

Kindest regards.
