Did you send the subscription by mail or internet??
But there should be some check boxes that say Bill me later or payment enclosed. If you choose bill me later, they well send the magazine and there will be some letters that has a payment stub and you can pay for that by Check or Money Order. If by internet, you may also do the Bill Me Later option, or you can pay for it instantly with a credit card when subscribing to Seventeen.
Note: If you do the bill me later option make sure that once you get the bill pay it! Don't delay!
