It's a UK magazine, so no good if you're in the USA.
It's only ￡1.40 but i has loads of fashion, celebrity, make-up, style, shopping.....loads of stuff and most the clothing/make-up/accessories, etc. in it is quite good prices in high street stores! :)

Vogue has really good fashion tips and has good pictures for those visual people.

Allure is all about beauty and fashion. The entire thing =) It's one of my favorites.

Elle is also another good one. They have pictures from fashion shows. They also tell you what styles are in all over the world.

Cosmopolitan talks about fashion and beauty but also has stuff added in like gossip, things about relationships and all that.

In Style i've heard it was good but i've never really looked at it...
