There are tons of teen magazines. Just go to your local conveniencce store and check them out. I'm sure you'll find one. I'd would just read the newspaper. Those magazines just have a bunch of ads of overly expensive clothing. Good Luck!!!

i'm 14 i subscribe to seventeen and cosmo girl.
they have a section for everything ( fashion, health, real life, school, interviews, ect.)
and my mom approves of them. if that helps.
My 13 yr old receives Girl's Life. It has fashion, celebs, advice columns, give-aways. She always looks forward to the next issue.

teen vogue - ^ kinda the same but a lot of advertisement for clothing and mostly all about fashion.

i subscribe to seventeen and teen vogue, and i ALWAYS buy popstar and stuff so i actually looked inside the contents in the magazines
I am in that age range and I read teen vogue and cosmogirl. They are all about fashion and don't have much of all that celebrity gossip junk. Seventeen is also a really good one.
Teen Vogue is a more high fashion magazine but their tips and everything are good.
Cosmogirl has both high fashion and then things you can actually afford =P.
