no way, Kurt didn't need to use someone elses lyrics. He wrote all his songs originally and was damn good at it. Nirvana did do covers, but SLTS isn't one.
The lyrics were written when Kurt was stoned anyway so it wouldn't matter if someone changed the words. Might even be an improvement on the original
