No, unfortionately I haven't. However, I have won 2 contests from a different magazine. It was called QuizFest and I think the publishers are the same from M or J-14 or something like that. But anyway, they just sent it to me in an envelope and the prizes were a book and a bracelet, and that was it. No questions asked. I am sure other magazines do something similar.
