hello i saw your posting ? right now I'm trying to figure out the same thing. but i think that you should go to barnes and noble or any big book store, in the business section and get a book on how to start a newsletter or magazine i read the book and its pretty good on the business side of things also there is another book I'm currently reading called cover to cover, which is the production from beginning to end. I'm still reading that . i cant remember the author of hand but if you give them the title you will find it. where are you located.
