There is no catch. You only get the montlhy email if you subscribe to it and you do not get phone calls unless you won shoes or clothes and they need your size. I have won several times and it takes 6 to 8 weeks to get what you win. It varies on how often you win. My sister enters the freebies everyday and has never won but I have won lots of times. The winners are picked randomly. Good LUCK!!
I think the only catch is that there are like hundreds of thousands of people trying to win :P
