I started getting Cosmogirl and Seventeen when I was 14, its basically the same thing as Seventeen magazine, except the layout is different. Also I think that Cosmo girl seems to have more guy-realated stuff in it while Seventeen focuses more on Beauty and Fashion. I think they're both really good though. They are both made my Hearst magazine. Also if you enter for a freebie on Seventeen, you can get a magazine subscription to CosmoGirl for $5 for 10 issues. Hope this helps a little!
