no way. At a concert Miley started dancing up against Nick and he just kinda looked at her and she stopped. he can do much better then her. anmd it is a rumor.

this is how it goes:
they went out together in the summer of 2006, then broke up but remained friends. then they went out at the beginning of their tour, and broke up sometimes before christmas.
ways to tell:
miley was interviewed by ryan seacrest in the fall of 07. she says nick is in love with her but she isn't in love with him etc.
you can tell by looking at pictures of them together onstage
during dick clarks rocking new years eve, they stood with kevin and joe between them and when they sang together, miley didn't stand next to nick like she used to, she stood next to kevin and joe.
