How do you stop getting emails that you subscribed to?!

I've had that issue. Usually on the bottom on the page of the email they have sent you their is a button that says "Unsubscribe". It will ask you your email and you may get another email to confirm depending on the site's process. But it should really only take a few seconds.

you got to add the name of the sender under spam and it wont send anymore

Most email programs have a rule creator that can block emails from sources you do not want. Most subscription emails have a link at the bottom of them or at least somewhere in them that allow you to unsubscribe.
Here is what I do:
Have one email address for junk mail.
Have one good email address for personal/business emails.
If you sign up for a message board or whatever just use the junk mail address.
Oh my gosh i did this once on accident and got all types of stuff like this. mark them as spam and when they get sent to you they are supposed to filter them out to bulk or delete them. Some of the stuff you can unsubscribe but most of them you should just mark as spam and eventually you will not see them again.
Usually the subscirption emails has a spot where it says Unsubscribe. If you still don't find it, copy and paste a copy of one of them on here!
