How does one go about looking like a playboy playmate?!

Eat right, exercise, possibly minor cosmetic surgery, and make sure you have a good airbrush artist to touch up your photos before they are printed...
And yes, even the girls you see "live" on tv have had work done on the film PRIOR to it being released...
Join a gym. Read health magazines like Shape. Often times magazines like that and like Seventeen and Cosmo! Girl offer beauty tips, diet tips and exercising ideas.

It's physically impossible to look like one of them because not everyone has their body type.
