Well, first of all, it's Vera Wang, not Vara Wang. The model is Camilla Belle and she's an actress, though I would hardly call her that. She is currently on the cover of the new issue of Teen Vogue (the April 2008 issue) and she's starred in a few movies that have gotten mediocre reviews. I personally don't like her, I think that she can't act and she's not all she's cracked up to be. She's really just a pretty face, and nothing else.
