"Elle" (She) is already taken. So maybe "(La) Femme" -- (The) Woman?
For a men's magazine, "(Le) Homme" -- (The) Man?
For a technology or ideological magazine, "L'Avenir" -- The Future?
For a very avante garde magazine, maybe "Les Idees de l'Avenir" -- The Ideas of the Future? That might be beyond some of your readers, though. If your audience is English-speaking, sticking to single words of French might be best.
"Chienne" -- Dog (feminine version)? Could be a magazine about pets, or about girls you don't like who don't know French.
