Free Magazine Subscriptions?!
Question: I am looking for free subscriptions to Vibe, JET, Essence and Cosmopalitan. I am willing to fill out surveys, if required, but I am not willing to buy anything or to input a credit card number at all.
Does anybody have any ideas??

Some magazines give out free subscriptions to raise circulation numbers for their advertisers.
A specific magazine might not always be available; you just have to catch what's out there! Cosmopolitan is sometimes available, but I don't know if it's giving out free subscriptions at the moment. You'll have to check.

Yes, mixed in there with the truly free subscriptions, you will find subscriptions that require you to buy something else and/or convince five friends to sign up too. But overall, it's not too bad.
By the way, through these websites, I am currently enjoying a free subscription to Spin, which arrived within a blazingly fast three weeks. Am still waiting for Nylon, Seventeen, and Cosmo Girl.
To luck: teenfreeway is okay, but most of their magazine offers are done through rewardsgold.com anyway.
Go read them at the library if you don't want to pay for them.
EDIT: I wasn't trying to be sarcastic. I know that you can get basically any magazine to read at the library the only difference is you don't get to keep them.
there are many commercial mail receiving agents like the UPS store and many times people close their mail boxes and move on. their magazines cannot be forwarded so the store has plenty of mags that they throw away.check with them and see if they are willing to give them to you.
the UPS store closest to my home puts them on the counter and offers them for free
