13-16, I would definitely recommed Cosmogirl, it was my favorite a couple years ago, now that I am 18, my favorite is Nylon, or my discontinued Ellegirl. :'(tear) Cosmogirl, for sure though, they aren't all about gossip, and provide articles, plus fun.
