Seventeen magazine- Monthly freebies?!

Does anyone know if there's a list of where you can get stuff that Seventeen magazine gives away for the montly freebies!? Yesterday's freebie was a orange patent leather bracelet from Bongo, and I want to see where you can buy it, but it doesn't say on the Bongo website and I can't find it on the Seventeen website!.
