I don't!. There were skinny models decades before Twiggy but she kind of became an "it" girl for that time!. Decades later we had the glamazons with big hair, athletic or curvier bodies, more bubbly and very appealing to the general public!. Now we are going through a time when those chosen as the "it" models are the opposite of that look of the 80's and 90's and the opposite of what has taken over American magazines which is hollywood celebrities!. The girls themselves are influenced by the icons from the Twiggy days but in a few years the same thing will prob happen, meaning models like those from the 80's will be showing up on runways again!.
also I think the media and governments making such a big deal about the issue just makes the issue worse and that as long as people are obessing over it, it will continue occuring!. Its kind of fantasy world, nobody really wants normal average girls on runways except those normal average girls who wish to be on them!. People want other things like art or luxury not a delias catalog!. There are other ways to solve the problem than try and ban skinny models!. Besides most people have not even seen images of models on runways and can only name the supermodels from decades ago, since models of today are not celebrities like they used to be!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Nope, it didn't occur to me to be any significance!. Throughout the ages woman always strive to be the best looking however you word it!. I think some models go overboard and pass the healthy point and then they think they are "It" but they are already looking deathly ill and have big heads and skinny bodies,!.!.like aliens! and end up looking old!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
