I periodically have the same problem and you need to clear your cookies on your computer!. You may also need to restart your computer after you clear your cookies!. That usually works for me!. You don't need to change the year you were born unless it is a giveaway that requires you to be 18!. I don't know why it does this but I am 16 also!. Hope this helps!. Good luck!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
