I am getting into becoming a make-up artist and I am on a tight budget, and I need to find out about the make-up scene little by little!.
Does anyone know where I can get cheap magazines that are off the sheleves!?
I was once in a market in south london that had them very cheap but it's very far!. I live in north london!.

charity shops, car boot sales, or try your local hairdresser/dentist/doctors etc
and see if they have any they don't need!.
Or put a note in a local shop or on a notice board that you want them and maybe someone will just give your their old ones!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

depends where you live!. you can try half price books i have bought some from there before!. they also buy magazines from you!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
