Question: Now that all magazines in the states run 3!.50 to 7!.50; has that curbed your appetite on ordering subsciptions!?
If so, do u just buy them randomly when u have the money at the grocers or do u still subscribe if you think it's worth it!? (seems all the ones that are worth it run over 4!.50 anyhow) ofcourse, with a subscribtion you can save some money!. whether you buy randomly or subscribe; which ones do u read and which are really worth the money!? and anything else you might have to say about them is okay with me as well!. notice how some men magazines sometimes have more interesting articles (more political) than women's magazines!? isn't this outright sexist!?!?!?!? tell me all about it!!!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

When a magazine offers a subscription, it usually is less than it is at the newsstand!. However, I still can only afford the magazines when I have the money!. I still cannot afford a subscription!. Concerning the sexism, the sexism is not a male thing to keep women down!. It has to do with what sells to men and women!. Women, for whatever reason, want their magazines that has to do with feminine things!. I think this is sad considering that more and more women want to read about politics!. Unfortuantely, what drives the women's magazine market is more about celebrity gossip, makeup, how to make a better home, etc!. I think it will change eventually as more women ask for more political articles!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Honestly, I love Elle Canada!. I used to read it at work for free because we ordered it, but then I stopped working there!.

Well! By then I was already addicted! So I started buying it off the stand!.!.!.

Then I went to the Elle Canada show and realized it was much cheaper!. The stand price was like $3!.50-4 and the subscription was $25 for 24 months! So I bought it because I knew I'd end up buying at least 5 at some point anyways!.

You should pick up an issue of Elle Canada!. I find it has wayyy wayyy more substance than Elle US or Cosmo or any other women's magazine!.

I don't know if that is sexism though!. I think magazines have pretty much figured out what does and doesn't sell for women and men!. If women don't want political articles, that would be clear in the sales!. Frankly, you shouldn't worry- do you think men buy it for the political articles or for the women in bathing suits!?!? Really!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
