G is Serena's long lost 'friend' who is playing around trying to mess with Serena's head!. G is Georgina who comes back in the episodes to come (I'm not sure what episode your up to!.) Serena has changed and no longer likes this Georgina girl but has to put up with her because of a secret she knows about Serena!. She pretty much just blackmails her!.
