since u can't paint room u should get some cool wallpapers (like u love Chicago then why don't u get some wallpaper of Chicago,or some famous Broadway and Marilyn Monroe and put them on your walls :) ) i love JCPenney for room accessories , bedding and furniture u can get them in your favorite colors :)
u can get really cute dresser and put photos , make up on it !.etc!.!.
and since u love hello kitty ,sponge bob ,playboy bunny , cats u can get like "toys" and put them on your bed :)
