Question: Am I legally able to sell magazine photos!?
I came across a few photos/pictorials that would be of interest to some of the general public, and was wondering if I would be crossing any legal lines in doing so!. Any help is much appreciated!Www@Enter-QA@Com

The original photographer will probably hold the copyright to those images so it's likely you will be breaching their copyright by selling them!. It's also possible the magazine will hold the copyright if they commissioned the photographer and negotiated the copyright at that time!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
