Will Dobby the House Elf return in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Film?

Dobby, although had a brief part in the book, must be kept in this film this time, unlike previous films where he has been cut, his heroic save of Harry and the others lives is too important to cut out, let alone his death, and the lines cannot be replaced to another cast, or cut completely because it would ruin the whole movie.

I do love Dobby to death and am thoroughly disappointed he hasn't made an appearance in the movies since CoS but for Deathly Hallows, the movie will be difficult enough to make without throwing a CGI House Elf into it. They have improvised many times for Dobby since the second film so it is fully possible that Dobby will not make a comeback in the Deathly Hallows movie. They could change the scene around to make it so Dobby is not needed, as they have done before in both the fourth and fifth films. If they do cut him out though, it will destroy a bit of the magic of the movie, it was both a heartwarming and heartbreaking scene to witness in the book.
