I love Kubrick as well (he's my second favorite director of all-time), but that wasn't the question. LOL!!
Answers:
I agree that Coppola has brought us some amazing films (THE GODFATHER PARTS I and II, APOCALYPSE NOW) but most of his other movies, although mostly good, are average or slightly average at best.
Spielberg is amazing, of course, with films like JAWS, JURASSIC PARK, RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK, SAVING PRIVATE RYAN, E.T., etc, but I feel Scorsese's full body of work (Boxcar Bertha, Mean Streets, Italianamerican, Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore, The Last Waltz, Raging Bull, The King of Comedy, The Color of Money, The Last Temptation of Christ, Goodfellas, Cape Fear, Age of Innocence, Casino, Kundun, Gangs of New York, The Aviator, No Direction Home: Bob Dylan, and The Departed) are more impressive and better on the whole than the other two.
Coppola - 4 Oscar noms with 1 win, 2 BAFTA noms with 1 win, 2 Cannes wins, 4 DGA noms with 2 wins
Spielberg - 6 Oscar noms with 2 wins, 5 BAFTA noms with 1 win, 1 Cannes win (not for film or direction though), 10 DGA noms with 3 wins
Scosese - 6 Oscar noms with 1 win, 8 BAFTA noms with 1 win, 2 Cannes victories (1 director, 1 film), 7 DGA noms with 1win
All three of these filmmakers are cut from the same stone, the so-called "Movie Brats", filmmakers of the lates 60s, 70s, and 80s who studied at film schools and by watching a huge list of classic/foreign/arthouse, etc films. So they are the same in that area but by looking at the films themselves it has to be Scorsese.
