are they really that dumb? to think that they wouldnt find out about the kidnap/murder? forget his name(short dude leader) would rather have this kid killed then settle for the 5 years in prison. he actually thought he can just run away and they wouldnt find him?
funny thing is he got caught five years later.....when he got caught he already could of been walking out of prison....dumb@$$

Well you should have known it was going to be stupid when you saw that Justin girly-voice Timberlake was the lead actor.
Besides the main point to most movies like this is criminals are so stupid they could never come up with a solid plan.
