Can i get a refund if a concert performance was bad ?
If i pay $200 for tickets and the performer was in a bad condition (drunk or high) and could not perform well am i entitled to a refund ?
Concert tickets are too expensive to spend on a musician who has substance problems and cannot perform as advertised .
Who should be held accountable the promoter,performer or the venue ?
Answers:
If the concert was cancelled and not re-scheduled, you should be entitled to a refund. Contact your credit card company if the ticket seller won't do anything for you.
If the concert was not cancelled, I don't know what to tell you. Your ticket doesn't guarantee you'll get a GOOD show; just a show.
