Without spoiling the plot, is there anything super-scary or disturbing in the new Harry Potter movie?

Okay....thanks. Another thing, I saw a picture from the movie of a woman in dark clothing, with her hair all messed up, and chains around her, screaming. Who is she? (Don't give anything big away, please).

The ending is pretty intense because Harry is sort of posessed and looks kinda freaky but nothing else is really that bad. The woman with the weird black curly hair is Bellatrix Lestrange (which is Sirius Black's cousin). She is a death eater.(works for voldemort).
