I remember watching this film when I was younger and it involved a couple who went around painting over their faces on billboards because, I'm assuming, they didn't want people to recognize them. It looked like it might have been made in the late 60's or early 70's. I'm sorry I can't give more information than that. Frankly, that's all I really remember.
